THE POSITION

In the role as Partner you have the capability to become the leader of one of our industry practice areas and take a seat on the management board. You preferably carry a successful track record as a Consultant from an Executive Search firm or a Management Consulting firm and you possess experience in serving clients from the Life Sciences industry. Moreover, your clients broadly acknowledge and respect you for being a “value creator” and trusted advisor.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Building and expanding your own portfolio of global and local Life Sciences clients i

  • Leading an assignment team as you team up with a Research Consultant.

  • Being responsible for the entire executive search process – from initial client contact to final delivery - including conducting:

    • In-depth analysis

    • Definition of search strategy

    • Candidate- and source identification

    • Interviewing

    • Assessment

    • Onboarding

Key success criteria:

  • Building own client base

  • Successful development and execution of client tailored executive search assignments

  • Achieving client acquisition KPI’s

  • Delivering seamless program execution and client rapport

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Educational background:

Graduate/undergraduate degree - preferably in Business Administration or like.

Language:

Danish & English - fluent (verbally and written).

Ideal experience and competencies:

  • You possess 4+ years of successful executive search experience

  • You have demonstrated exceptional talent in acquiring, developing and maintaining client- and candidate relationships

  • You hold expert skill in the full suite of modern recruiting and/or consulting methodologies, systems, best practices/processes, metrics, and assignment management

  • You have demonstrated exceptional success- and growth drive and are not afraid to sell your services

  • You carry a sincere passion for, and commitment to, clients and candidates in the delivery of a game changing and positive impact
