Terms of Use

In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation

1. Why do we collect your personal information?

We are retained by leading organisations to identify and place executive talent. We take your privacy very seriously and, in order for us to keep you informed about relevant opportunities and insights, we request your consent to hold your personal data. If you do not formally provide consent by completing this process, we will be legally obliged to remove you from our database and can no longer put you forward for such opportunities.

2. What information do we collect?

As candidate/potential candidate or source (Relevant Data Subject) we collect Relevant Personal Data such as:

  • information in a standard curriculum vitae (e.g., name, address and other contact information including personal telephone numbers and email addresses, educational history, employment history, degree(s) and other qualifications, languages and other skills);

  • gender;

  • age/date of birth (to the extent permitted or required by applicable law);

  • nationality;

  • government-issued identification information, passport or visa information;

  • job title and role/function;

  • disability status;

  • salary and compensation data (including non-salary benefits, bonuses and incentives and other financial information);

  • annual leave information;

  • retirement and pensions information;

  • performance reviews and disciplinary information:

  • views and opinions of Sources regarding the suitability of you as a Relevant Data Subject for a particular role within a Client’s organization;

  • comments from third parties regarding you as a Relevant Data Subject;

  • social media presence and activity;

  • records of correspondence between the Albright Partners and you as a Relevant Data Subject;

  • (to the extent permitted or required by applicable law) race/ethnicity, religion, marital status, and family situation; and

  • Credit card and bank data for processing of business expenses.

3. What will we do with your personal information?

We will hold your Relevant Personal Data to be able to deliver content of legitimate interest to you, or as a potential candidate to place you to the most suitable position according to your background and experience. We may use your Relevant Personal Data to contact you to discuss the opportunity or to send you relevant content such as newsletters, white papers, executive event invitations or like.

4. Who will we share your personal information with?

Your Relevant Personal Data will only be shared internally among official Albright Partners personnel and within the executive search alliances within which we are a part. Additionally, as a candidate/potential candidate or source, your Relevant Personal Data may be shared with relevant stakeholders within the organization of the specific opportunity that we have presented you with.

5. Retention of data

Albright Partners may retain Relevant Personal Data for as long as Albright Partners maintains an active relationship with you. Once the relationship with you (Relevant Data Subject) has ended i.e. where you have indicated to us that you no longer wish to interact with Albright Partners, and wishes to be removed from the Albright Partner database(s), we are obliged to remove your Relevant Personal Data from our databases.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your own Relevant Personal Data. This is sometimes known as a 'subject access request'.

 

Additionally, you have the right to request from us:

  • that any inaccurate information we hold about you is corrected

  • that information about you is deleted in certain situations

  • that your 'candidate profile' is provided to you in a portable format

  • that decisions about you and your potential candidacy for a position are not made by fully automated means

  • that we stop using your personal information for certain purposes

Many of the rights listed above are limited to certain defined circumstances and we may not always be able to comply with your request. We will inform you if such should be the case.

If you choose to make a request to us to exercise any of these rights, we will aim to respond to you within one month. We will not charge a fee for dealing with your request.
