Our client is a AAA-rated, leadership development and organisational consulting firm. They design customised leadership development programmes that help leaders find the right balance in their leadership approach to support moving the organisation forward.

THE POSITION

In the role as Partner you will take on the strategic responsibility for the company. Being an entrepreneurial role your focus will be on building and developing the organisation and customer base while leading project teams to deliver customised solutions that meet and exceed client expectations within the Life Sciences industry vertical. You will exercise judgment in understanding client issues while customising solutions, and due to your seniority and maturity you will naturally take the lead on key projects or business development activities.

30-40 days per year

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Building a new Life Science business platform

  • Leading and developing the organisation

  • Designing and implementing leadership development programs for clients by working as lead on a client or opportunity team and leveraging the insights gained through research and analytics.

  • Identifying and expanding customer base while managing client accounts as a true value adding business partner.

  • Preparing and writing of proposals as well as presentations for both existing accounts and prospects

  • Delivering high quality process consulting and coaching.

  • Managing large projects or a significant work-stream of a more complex programme.

  • Estimating complete resource planning for projects, recognising when additional resources and/or expertise is needed and managing their involvement in the project.

  • Capable of identifying opportunities for other industry practices.

Key success criteria:

  • Successful establishment of a Life Sciences business platform

  • Successful development and execution of client tailored leadership development program.

  • Achieving client acquisition KPI’s.

  • Achieving solid employee ratings

  • Achieving progressive yet realistic resource planning for own projects.

  • Delivering seamless program execution and client rapport.

  • Contributing to the high performance and collaborative culture.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Educational background:

Graduate/undergraduate degree - preferably in Business Administration or like.

Language:

Danish & English - fluent (verbally and written).

Ideal experience and competencies:

  • Prior leadership experience

  • Passion for people and leadership development

  • Many years’ relevant work experience within leadership development in a professional services or consulting firm.

  • Has established credentials – preferably delivering premium leadership consulting solutions to organisations in the Life Sciences industry vertical.

  • Strong track record in hunting and farming clients.
