Our assessment centre - with our unique assessment tool "Life Science Accentuator©" - is based on a validated, behavior-based, hypothesis-driven and job-simulating test case platform constructed on the basis of a 'real life' pharma/medtech company case. Combined with psychometric testing and competency-based interviewing, this type of tool outperforms any other tool in predictive validity.

 

Essentially, the "Life Science Accentuator©" tool is designed to, among others, disclose a candidates ability to navigate analytically in complex structures, stay on the business critical path and exercise sound judgement.
