This survey aims to explore and illuminate the realities of gender biases in the employment landscape and our mission with this study is to spark a discussion in answering the following question:

How can we on the one side ensure better inclusion and diversity in the workplace, but without breaking the law (Anti-Discrimination Act) or promote affirmative action?
